Memorial donations should be submitted along with the form available on the Memorial donation page so that we know how to list your donation (or you may send an email to donations@cavalierhealthalliance.org)

The ACKCSC Health Alliance is supported primarily by private donations.  One type of donation we accept are donations made in memory of a special deceased animal or person. Memorials are published for a minimum of three years, but are currently listed indefinitely at this time, categorized per year (you may request anonymity) on our Memorials page.
